Our Phone and Mail Support Program is designed for transferees who are used to tackle challenges mostly themselves, but may occasionally need more specialized assistance. E-mail and telephone contact help us determine the transferee’s status, as well as his/her needs and priorities. With this data we can provide up-to-date information on the application process for the Social Security number, the driver’s license and are able to customize area-specific information.
