Jump Start Program
This program is designed for the well-traveled transferee who is somewhat familiar with the United States but needs assistance with the application for a Social Security number and driver’s license. Forms and materials will be provided. A documentation check will be performed to preclude bureaucratic difficulties. To further facilitate this process, one of our expatriation consultants will accompany the transferee on his visits to government offices. Finally, we will gather basic area-specific material and helpful internet links.
- Preparing application form and accompanying to Social Security Administration
- Providing New Jersey Driver Manual
- Explaining required documentation for the driver’s license application
- Checking documentation and accompanying to Motor Vehicle Commission
- Providing a list of grocery stores, malls, post office, library, YMCA, car dealers, insurance agencies, emergency numbers and information, consulate address, embassy address, etc.
